Excited to feature Papua New Guinea for the very first time on our seasonal menu! Looking forward to sharing great coffee from this origin with you. Pairing our brew with some @girlscouts cookies and a view of Mt Rainier… Drink great coffee, Donny & Mike Meet our newest coffee on the menu, a single origin from Colombia! 🇨🇴 These “Red Bourbon” varietal beans were processed in the honey method, with pre-fermentation in vinyl bags for 100 hours then drying slowly in the sun. We’ll I heard a rumor that an old fashioned style donut goes well with our Costa Rican project... time to test this out!
Our latest addition to the seasonal menu is from Costa Rica! 🇨🇷 Grown at 1850 meters above sea level, the beans are of the Catuai and Caturra varietals and were processed using the fully washed method. This coffee from the Tarrazu Las Palomas pro Bean by bean, bag by bag – Donny’s hard at work!
